Digital Marketing Coordinator

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will work directly with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Department team members in support of content management and lead generation. This person must have top-notch digital marketing, email marketing, modern marketing funnel, and campaign building skills. Experience with Infusionsoft, HubSpot, or other CRM preferred.

The Digital Marketing Coordinator is an integral role in the Marketing Department because they are responsible for building the backbone of each marketing campaign. This individual will have state of the art tools, systems, and processes and work side-by-side with some of the leading Digital Marketers in the country.

Responsibilities Include (but aren’t limited to):

  • Use our CRM (Infusionsoft) to build campaigns, send email broadcasts, and generate leads while maintaining organized metric tracking databases
  • Keeping the marketing database up to date by inputting new data, updating old records and performing deduplication
  • Generating leads through multiple channels and creating the appropriate landing pages and marketing funnels to produce qualified opt-ins
  • Maintaining the company website and blog, including posting materials to blog, structuring the layout, and researching materials for the next round of posts
  • Maintain and update all metrics and analytical data relevant to the marketing efforts and ‘raising the red flag’ when specific key performance indicators are not met

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution oriented
  • Up to date on Digital Marketing Trends (email, traffic generation, conversion, etc)
  • Advanced level of English comprehension (written and verbal)
  • Firm understanding of WordPress/blogging software
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
  • Ability to draw conclusions from data compiled
  • Intensely detail-oriented: an attention to detail for tasks with zero tolerance for errors
  • HTML & Infusionsoft experience a plus!

Account Manager

NAEA is looking for a skilled, dynamic and determined individual to fill our Account Manager Position. The person qualified for this position has experience in articulating benefits and results of membership in order to close the sale, as well as documenting all client communication in an active CRM database. The Sales Recruiter position has no fear of phones or objections and has great personality, communication skills and attention to detail. The ability to articulate the company value while confidently controlling the conversation and adding qualified members into the association is extremely important. This position will be an integral part of our core sales and membership team. The ability to collaborate in a group setting with desire to add value not only to clients and potential members, but also to fellow team members is a core value we are looking for in an individual looking to be a part of our team.

Responsibilities Include (but aren’t limited to):

  • Pipeline management
  • Onboarding process
  • Produce new Referral Partners (sales) consistently
  • New Referral Partners added in a timely fashion
  • Accurately forecasting revenues

Inside Sales Agent

We are looking for an outgoing individual to fill our Inside Sales Position.  The Inside Sales position is often the first impression prospective clients have with our company so personality, communication skills and attention to detail is very important. The ability to articulate the company value while confidently controlling the conversation and setting qualified appointments is extremely important. This position will be an integral part of our core sales team. The ability to collaborate in a group setting with desire to add value not only to clients but fellow team members is a core value we are looking for in an individual looking to be a part of our team.

Responsibilities Include:
  •  Manage company generated home buyer business through direct phone and email communication while documenting all interactions in detail within contact record
  • Nurture potential prospects through extensive follow up communication until ready for appointment with respective buyer or seller expert advisor
  • Document all client communication through company CRM (Infusionsoft)
  • Work with and tee up clients for fellow Expert Advisors to assist in the transaction process to help company reach goals of creating successful sales and long term clientele
  • Follow-up with and nurture past clients (raving fans) through automated follow and tasks to gain repeat and referral business to reach company goal
  • Track all prospective, current active and closed client status and conversions and assist in process improvement to help company reach overall success goals
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Strong phone and email communication skills
  • Real Estate knowledge is a plus but not required
  • Strong problem solving skills with solution oriented focus
  • Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution oriented
  • Highest level of integrity and respect for others

Cancel Coordinator

NAEA is looking for a skilled, dynamic and determined individual to fill our Cancel Coordinator Position. The person qualified for the Cancel Coordinator position has excellent people and management skills. They must have the ability and desire to learn new programs and software that will improve job performance. Our Product Team is a fast-paced environment that must have a strong understanding of the company goals, plans, core values, and a willingness to apply them in their day-to-day responsibilities. The Team is expected to maintain the Company’s same-day turn-around for all client communication, whether it be via email or phone. Effective time-management, organizational and leadership skills, along with an unwavering positive attitude is a must!

Responsibilities Include (but aren’t limited to):

  • Managing the cancellation process
  • Collections on overdue accounts
  • Auditing active partners in all internal programs

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution oriented
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Excellent phone skills
  • Solution oriented
  • Ability to draw conclusions from data compiled
  • Exceptional work ethic, with strong values and principals
  • Intensely detail-oriented: an attention to detail for tasks with zero tolerance for errors
  • Be flexible with a teamwork mindset
  • Intermediate Excel skills are a huge benefit
  • Some college experience preferred
